This beautiful holiday rental house is located on the channels of Empuriabrava is ideal for families, it is a spacious and bright villa, tastefully furnished and cozy. The house is on ground  floor, with beautiful views to  the channel and the garden.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen also equipped with an oven and dishwasher, and  a covered terrace with a barbecue

private pool with sun loungers and parasols.

The villa has free Wi-Fi and private parking

Located right in front of the channel l with a 15-meter mooring. The holiday rental house can accommodate up to 6 people (children and babies included), we offer a baby kit, cot and high chair at a price of 30 €  / stay

Pets are accepted (50€ / stay).

If you have an electric car, the price is 5 €/ night.

During the months of June, July, August and September the minimum stay is 14 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

April, May and October the minimum stay is 7 nights

. In low season we accept reservations of less than 7 nights, please contact us if you are interested in this option.

For reservations of less than 7 nights there's  an additional fee of 80€ is charged for final cleaning.

Tourist tax not included in the price (1.10€ / Adult / / night ) payable from 16 years old and maximum 7 nights).

Deposit 300€ in cash which is returned at check-out.
