Perfect  for families, Hous Creus  is an spacious, bright, tastefully furnished and cozy house. The house has 2 floors, with views to the channel and the garden.

The House has  4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms (one with bath and two with shower), a large living-dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, large terrace with barbecue and private pool.

The house is located in the Empuriabrava, in front of the channel, with a 12 meter mooring, private pool and garage.

The house has free WiFi

It is located near La Rubina beach, with an area where you can bring your pet.

The house is for 8 people (children and babies included)

We have at your disposal a baby kit (travel bed and high chair) at a price of 30€ / stay

Pets are accepted ( 50€/stay ).

Electric car  5€/night.

The  months of June, July, August and September, the minimum stay is 14 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

The months of April, May and October, the minimum stay is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

In low season we accept reservations  less than 7 nights, contact us if you wish to reserve this option.

For reservations of less than 7 nights, final cleaning is not included, the price is 90 € /stay.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the reservation 1.10 € /adult / night (from 16 years and maximum 7 nights).

Deposit 300€  refundable upon departure once the condition of the house has been verified.,
